Rates
Our Vallarta Rentals by Owner (VRBO) Ibiza 2 condo is ideal for short or long-stay vacations. It is a perfect retreat for a couple or family of four to relax and enjoy the real taste of Mexico. It's like staying in a boutique-style hotel.

• The rates are in US Dollars and includes cleaning on departure. All prices subject to change. Minimum 3-night stay. Payment accepted by Interac (Canadian Banks), Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Visa (+3.0% Service fee), PayPal (+3.5% Service fee) or Cash.
• Weekend and/or after 5:00PM arrivals incur an additional $50 fee.
• Maximum of 3 adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
• No smoking allowed inside our condo
• No pets allowed by the condo building administrators

Rental Information

• All Vallarta Rentals by Owner (VRBO) reservations require a 50% deposit upon confirmation
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date
• Cancellations are refundable only if the condo is rebooked and there is a $150.00 service charge for refund of deposit
• Maid service is included on departure and if required, every Friday during your stay
• All guests must be registered
• Damage deposit/insurance is required upon booking (Visa information accepted)
